The EXPERTS EDUPRO Techniques were developed by Prof. Dr. Rejaul Abedin, PhD, FCMAN, FGEPEA, the Chairman of the BIHEB (Baccalaureate International Higher Education Board). These techniques are poised to play a pivotal role in the annual audit process. It will aid our Higher Education Advocacy conducted by the BIHEB Higher Education Board Authority’s International Audit Cell. Their purpose is to ensure that BIHEB affiliate members consistently uphold and provide Total Quality Service practices within the realm of Higher Education Management. Maintaining an elevated standard of academic excellence necessitates the attraction and retention of highly qualified faculty members and trainers. To foster a culture of effective service, it is imperative to allocate optimal resources for faculties, administrators, and students, accompanied by the cultivation of a robust sense of ethics, morality, and social responsibility among the student body.

The innovator of the Experts EduPro Techniques ardently asserts and believes that these modern education development tools and unique techniques have the potential to significantly contribute to the Global Education Sector. They are designed to enhance services and improve the performance of Educational Institutions, ensuring the assurance of Total Quality in Education Management. These Educational Institutions encompass Schools, Colleges, Universities, and Professional and Vocational Training Institutions.

EXPERTS EDUPRO Techniques are represented by 13 English letters, denoted as E, X, P, E, R, T, S, E, D, U, P, R, O. Each of these letters assumes distinct significance when these Techniques are applied during the practical audit process by the BIHEB Authority. Subsequent to the audit, a performance report will be disseminated to the respective Higher Educational Institution. The said institution is expected to retain this performance report for internal use and adhere to the auditor’s recommendations and suggestions to enhance institutional performance in the years to come.

Audits covers three distinct categories of institutions: 1. Newly established institutions – in existence for 1 year or more but below 5 years; 2. Older institutions – aged 5 years or more but below 10 years; 3. Very Older Institutions – aged 10 years or more. BIHEB International Audit Cell reserves the right to apply FULL TECHNIQUES or PARTIAL TECHNIQUES as deemed appropriate during the audit process.

Higher education benefit of quality service and education ultimately leads to a tarnished reputation, subpar learning outcomes, constrained career prospects, a dearth of research and innovation, squandered resources, societal inequality, a deficiency of academic standards, diminished institutional accountability, adverse societal impact, and reduced contributions to economic development. Consequently, the prioritization of quality in higher education is imperative to secure positive outcomes for students, institutions, and society at large.
