training institutes that possess valid licenses and documentation from their respective government authorities, such as state, commerce, trade, finance, and education ministries.
Approved educational institutions receive a digitally issued license, subject to periodic renewal through systematic auditing procedures, which can be verified on the BIHEB official website.

BIHEB alliances with accrediting agencies like IEQAB, EIEAS, ITQSM, QAHE (IAQAHE), WAC, BQS, ACBPT, EAHEA, GCTIA, among others, provide further recognition and networking opportunities for affiliated colleges and universities.
Institution details are recorded in the BIHEB database and website, enhancing visibility and international networking opportunities.
Institutional leaders (Principal, VC/Chancellor, Chairman, President/CEO/Founder) are eligible for direct BIHEB individual membership, acknowledging their contributions to global academia.
BIHEB offers ready-made syllabus and curricula for its members, while also considering customized curriculum submissions for official approval.
Last but not the least, Experts EduPro Techniques from BIHEB will assist in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) Continutes Quality Service Improvement (CQSI). This process is strictly and professionally maintained by BIHEB International Auditors Cell.
BIHEB issues certificates to licensed educational institutions upon successful course completion.
These certificates bear signatures from both BIHEB’s Chairman and Governor on one side and the respective college/university’s Principal, VC/Chancellor, or President on the other side. All certificates can be verified online through BIHEB’s official website using a unique registration/ID number and the student’s name.
BIHEB also provides transcripts/mark sheets signed by the authorized signatory, typically the Secretary or Controller of Examinations.
Examinations are organized in collaboration with educational institutions, with evaluation following BIHEB’s examination and evaluation rules. BIHEB certifications are approved by IEQAB and international quality agencies.
Students receive ID cards and letters of completion/testimonials from their respective educational institutions.
